These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aluetion's services and website at aluetion.com. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Aluetion provides AI-powered business automation services, including appointment reminders, follow-up email sequences, and review request automation. We configure these automations on your behalf using your existing booking system and contact information.
We aim to complete setup within 24–48 hours of receiving your information. Setup timelines may vary depending on your booking platform and responsiveness to our configuration questions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms or incomplete information provided at signup.
While our automations are designed to reduce no-shows and increase reviews, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular reduction in no-show rates or a minimum number of new reviews. Results vary by business, industry, and client base.
All content, branding, and software on aluetion.com is owned by Aluetion. You retain ownership of your business data and client information. We do not claim any rights to your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aluetion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost clients, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Twilio, Gmail, booking systems).
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately if we determine you are using our platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active customers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
